Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your order is cancelled within the allowed time and has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Since our products are handcrafted, we typically do not accept returns unless the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the issue.
