Refund policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email or phone with your order number.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your order is cancelled within the allowed time and has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Eligibility

  • Since our products are handcrafted, we typically do not accept returns unless the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items purchased on sale or during special promotions

Refunds for Returns (if applicable)

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account or payment source.

  2. Contact your card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
