Delays & Issues

  • Srijan Handicrafts is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or customs clearance for international orders.

  • If a package is lost or delayed significantly, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier service to assist you.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will either arrange for a replacement or guide you through the return process, depending on the situation.
